    A dashboard displaying solidity and KPIs’ development over time related to specific activities helps to obtain a clear picture of how business will continue under certain circumstances.

    So called project benefit tracking which can be agreed at the beginning of a project helps to later see how successful certain projects have been. What would you like to change, to improve or adapt?

Changes, improvements and alike are an inherent part of an organization’s life.  There are minor steps to be taken and there are big ones.   Every improvement is a change and each of them has its unique characteristics.  There are many attributes in an organization that undergo changes. This can be organizational and business processes, people, skills, communication, material, prices, working instructions, IT, facilities, etc..  to name a few.
How to keep track of all these changes and what does it mean for the organization’s development?
Ongoing change is a fact and it’s an asset to exercise awareness for controlled change.
If an organization has implemented a smart reporting structure then these changes will be reflected in the various reports. Be it operational reports to plan production or handle client requests or strategic reports
for decision makers in management roles. Apart of ongoing, standard reports, so called ad-hoc reports can be created to bring light into specific areas. (As example it could be a new marketing strategy that sales wants to see reflected in their figures or client service management that likes to check client satisfaction based on service indicators. )

Robert Friedrich Kalcik (CEO IBVision)
After several years of in depth experience in Business intelligence , information management and various studies
including information management and system theory, Robert developed a new methodology to help companies in the pursuit of improving their organization. He developed Information cycle BI methodology and UIM (universal information matrix). This goes back to the time working at Global intelligence and Business management for ABN AMRO Bank. As expert for BI and information management as well as process development and other areas he is heading IBVision as CEO. Mission statement: Together we can make the difference, - to a positive development.

Sojan Vallikattil Soman (Head of IT Services India)
Graduate from Mahatma Gandhi University- Kerala - India, in Computer Application.
Sojan worked for numerous projects including for  QSQSPL Bangalore, Valsing Softwares Bangalore and Eolas Consultancy Chennai, etc.. .
At Eolas he was heading the project development team to develop and implement the Insurance Management and Health Management Systems which are implemented successfully in many countries in Africa and Asia. During his career Sojan worked as Senior Programmer, Team Lead and Project Lead.
He has vast experience in ERP, Insurance Management, Banking, Health Management etc… and is armed with 10 years of experience on Microsoft Technologies.
Today he provides his leadership to IBVision IT services India heading the IT service, product development and delivery teams.
